TapPro is a product of Bright Core SARL. This page explains how TapPro uses data to create your professional presence and deliver the service.
Data controller
BRIGHT CORE SARL is responsible for TapPro account, order and service administration data. Each page owner determines how to use the enquiries they receive; TapPro enables their receipt and management.
Account and order data
We store contact details, delivery information, your brief, status and history needed to handle your order. Passwords are hashed and are not stored as plain text.
Your public page
Details, copy and images approved for your page become public when published. Do not provide information you do not wish to share. Media files are accessible to anyone with their URL: do not upload confidential documents.
Photos and content creation
For assisted creation, your brief may be sent to DeepSeek. Images submitted for generation or editing are processed through Google’s Gemini API. Portrait background removal runs in the browser; the resulting image is stored when uploaded to the media collection.
Hosting and providers
The application is designed for Vercel, its database for Prisma Postgres and images for Vercel Blob. Transactional emails use the operator’s configured SMTP provider. These services may process data outside Morocco.
Messages and statistics
Enquiries from a page are sent to its owner and stored in their account. Aggregate counters measure views and clicks. No advertising cookies are installed. A session cookie supports sign-in; a temporary technical hash helps limit abuse.
Retention and requests
Sessions expire after seven days and password reset links after thirty minutes. Account, order and message data are retained for service follow-up. Contact the operator to request access, correction, export or deletion. The operational retention schedule must be specified before the service opens.
